1. General Information

This website is operated by LilyBear Charms. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this website.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

3. Product Materials & Disclosure

Our jewelry pieces are made with:

  • 316L stainless steel base metal
  • Titanium nitride adhesion layer
  • 18k gold or platinum PVD coating
  • Removable adjustment links for size flexibility

While 316L stainless steel is widely known for durability and corrosion resistance, individual skin sensitivities may vary.

LilyBear Charms does not guarantee that all individuals will be free from allergic reactions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product materials prior to purchase.

4. Coating, Durability & Water Resistance Disclaimer

Our pieces feature 18k gold or platinum PVD coating applied over a 316L stainless steel base with a titanium nitride adhesion layer.

Based on internal in-house testing, our jewelry is considered:

  • Water resistant
  • Sweat resistant

However, “water resistant” and “sweat resistant” do not mean waterproof or permanent resistance.

Performance may vary depending on:

  • Frequency of use
  • Exposure to saltwater, chlorine, soap, chemicals, or perfume
  • Friction and impact
  • Storage conditions
  • Individual body chemistry

LilyBear Charms does not guarantee that coating, color retention, or surface condition will remain unchanged over time.

Gradual fading, surface scratches, or discoloration due to regular wear and environmental exposure are considered normal wear and tear and are not manufacturing defects.

Water resistance claims are based solely on internal product testing and are not certified by third-party laboratories.

5. Safety Disclaimer (Baby & Children’s Jewelry)

All jewelry sold by LilyBear Charms:

  • Are accessories, not toys
  • Must be worn under strict adult supervision
  • Should be removed during sleep, bathing, or physical activity

LilyBear Charms shall not be held liable for:

  • Choking incidents
  • Improper use
  • Lack of supervision
  • Injuries caused by misuse
  • Alterations made after purchase

Parents and guardians assume full responsibility when allowing a child to wear jewelry.

6. Adjustable Links Notice

Some designs include removable adjustment links.

Removal or modification of links must be done carefully. LilyBear Charms is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper link removal
  • Lost components after adjustment
  • Structural damage caused by third-party alteration

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders due to system or pricing inaccuracies

Orders are processed only after confirmed payment.

8. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

We ship nationwide via J&T Express Philippines at a flat rate of ₱129.

Once dispatched, LilyBear Charms is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

9. Replacement Policy

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, all sales are final.

LilyBear Charms does not offer refunds. Replacement may only be approved under the following conditions:

Eligible for Replacement

A replacement may be approved only if:

  • An incorrect item was sent; or
  • The item arrived damaged (with valid unboxing video proof); or
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.

In addition, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage caused by the customer, including scratches, dents, coating wear, link removal damage, or improper handling

If the product shows evidence of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery, the claim will be denied.

Claim Requirements

All claims must:

  • Be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Include a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The sealed parcel before opening

    • The waybill

    • The condition of the item upon opening

Failure to provide complete documentation voids eligibility for replacement.

Non-Qualifying Situations

The following are not considered valid reasons for replacement:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Coating fading due to usage
  • Scratches after use
  • Damage caused by improper adjustment or link removal
  • Allergic reactions
  • Items used, worn, or altered

LilyBear Charms reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving replacement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilyBear Charms shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Personal injury resulting from improper use
  • Allergic reactions
  • Coating wear due to normal usage

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, images, branding elements, and website content are the exclusive property of LilyBear Charms.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Force Majeure

LilyBear Charms shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Typhoons
  • Floods
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Government restrictions
